Want an AI companion around your neck? What are the alternatives?

There is a cool new startup where you can have a sort of AI companion by your side all the time. Its constantly listening and its great to have someone to talk to. These devices give you some emotional support and a friend thats always close by to talk to.

Its actually a device that you wear all the time. Its a sort of a virtual friend and is trying to compete with the numerous AI companion sites out there like Spicychat which has over 750K different characters.

It has around 16 hours of battery life and cost around 99$ a piece. Its pretty cool but myself i would prefer not to have an acutal hardwhere device around my neck but i can understand why people would want to do it.

Most of these big AI companies are realising the importance of AI companionship and so moving into the space.

Of course there are dangers to having something virtual especially mabye in real times of danger where you potentially forget that it may not be able to act like a real human
