So Christmas is coming and most of you will be having some parties coming up but there are a few things you should NOT be doing at your Christmas party and founderbounty is here to help you not get fired!

So make sure you dont drink to much! Employers will potentially be liable for anything that an employee does. What people dont understand is that most rules that apply in the office place apply at the Christmas party too.

  1. Being drunk and behaving drunk

Obviously this wont look good on you and since you cant control your behaviour probably wont be able to know what your doing. Being drunk would act as an act of gross misconduct and so you can get fired.

  1. Fighting with others

Clearly drinking wont help this. Fighting will justify dismissal

  1. Gross misconduct

an employee will be liable for anything they do at the party so make sure your on your best behavior.
