What tools can i use to make video clips for editing?

Finding video editing tools that are easy to use for any kind of clipping may proove hard to be but they do exist and there are some great ones out there.

1.Submagic
One of the best ones out there. Its also very easy to use and super user-friendly.
2.vizard
A good overall tool to use but our only concern is that it is a little bit more difficult to use for the average user.
3.Veed
This is a fantastic tool with all kinds of video editing features. My be too sophisticated for the average user.
