Should I post on TikTok if I work and will they find out?
This is a good question and its answer is hard to answer. This is always a probability that your boss will in fact find out that you are on TikTok or Instagram but there is no guarantee of this. Whether your willing to do it is really up to you and the risk your willing to take.
