Dave is now 48 year old and owns more than $95M of real estate which is huge for anyone. The property has over 150 feet of private waterfront.
The property is located in Islamorada which is a village based in the Florida Keys. According to the Wall Street Journal, the property was designed by Andrew Kotchen. The home has more than 4 bedrooms.
