50 percent of UK citizens have already used AI companions for emotional support

So AI companions are blowing up and lot of people have started using them. As Ai starts to take over you can understand the use for them. Some people use them for emotional support and others for the feeling of having a real friend around. People have even been reported to have been dating an AI.

The Guardian newspaper has even done an article about people and thier relationships with thier AI partners and whether AI's could actually be good for us or not.

Even I have the feeling of being lonely at times and its really nice to have an AI companion. there are apps like candy out there which allow for just that. Having someone there at all times 24 hours of the day to confort you.

Some people even feel like they have made a "best friend." So with the world getting more lonley is your future with an AI?
