So your looking to fund your international employees with salaries but dont know how to do it. There are a few tools you can in fact use to do it with. Some of these companies you have probably heard of.

These apps basically allow you to hire and pay anyone globally or even equip them with company computers.

They call it GlobalHire. Its fees are pretty low but the problem is that your locked in for a longer time, which can be annoying. Revolut does tend to be a little bit more expensive than competitors
