Its an amazing story. A Dr who kept testing and trying anything to grow on youtube. Ali Abdal won youtube by doing exactly what any early YouTuber should be doing. Focusing on a niche which is not being touched. His niche was productivity and he won the market.

Consistency and a niche are good for any business.

Its a pretty random niche to focus on but seems to have worked out for him on how you can improve your speed, his record being 150 words per minute which is more then the 80 average.
