We have heard this time and time again. People who make an exit not giving back to the people who have helped them in hard times. Its time to make the change. The whole point of entrepreneurship is giving back. This is what YC and others pride themselves on and we think its important to do so.

## Can you be the right founder?

We all know how hard entrepreneurship really is so if you really do make an exit try to think of the people that have helped you along the way, reach out, the may not only be useful but would be able to help you out. Entrepreneurship is about giving, whether its a job.

## The ones that make it do not give enough

Its something that we hear so often, and there are numerous examples of this - so if you really are a founder, invest in other entrepeneurs, help them out with jobs, remember sharing is caring.
