Juggling revenue numbers, partners, lawyers, contracts and a lot more. Fundraising, pitching and always close to death the emotional state of a founder is brutal. Burnouts are the norm.

3) Cook for them

4) their have to create their own schedule. Help do it for them

The best things you can do is to try to make their life as easy as possible in everyday. Be the support structure they desperately. Remeber you are the only constant in their life. Their career and startup are all over the place so really its up to you to help them feel stable.
