Dating a startup founder will be tough. Its so hard and we have been through it. Long hours days and nights trying to get your business off the ground. Its never been more competitive. Juggling revenue numbers, partners, lawyers, contracts and a lot more. Fundraising, pitching and always close to death the emotional state of a founder is brutal. Burnouts are the norm.

1) Give them space

2) try to understand the pressure

3) Cook for them

4) They have to create their own schedule. Help do it for them

## Conclusion

The best things you can do is to try to make their life as easy as possible in everyday. Be the support structure they desperately. Remeber you are the only constant in their life. Their career and startup are all over the place so really its up to you to help them feel stable.
